Registration information for each class is also indicated below. Unless otherwise noted, all classes and groups are held at the Avon Campus, and you can join at any time.

Winter/Spring Class & Group Descriptions
Deuteronomy Bible Study | Alan Fosberry: This 12-session inductive study, from Community Bible Study, covers the entire book of Deuteronomy. Each week, there are homework questions on your own, then we discuss our answers together. This Bible study is excellent for first-timers, as well as those who've been students of the Bible for many years. Please contact Alan Fosberry at valleyrunners1@gmail.com to get your booklet. Women's Bible Study: God of Creation | Jeannette Brennan: Dive into the first 11 chapters of Genesis with discussion questions and teaching videos by Jen Wilkin. Revisit familiar stories and historical figures, and discover deeper meanings in the text. God reveals Himself through Scripture and we will begin to understand ourselves better when we see first the character, attributes, and promises of our Creator. No registration required.
Parenting Group | Tim & Sharon Ponzani: This series is focused on real-life parenting. We will be discussing interesting and relevant topics such as navigating friendships, conflict, self-image, media, confidence, faith and worldview, and death and dying. No registration required.
An Introduction to the End of Times | Jen Fosberry: In this 12-week study, we will explore prophetically important events from Genesis to Revelation, with a focus on how they apply to end times. Topics include: Creation, the Flood, the Exodus, God’s appointed feasts, Daniel's visions, the Olivet Discourse of Matthew 24, and the book of Revelation. Open Group/ Co-ed group. REGISTER HERE
Precept Women's Bible Study | LuAnn Turbiak: Key Principles of Biblical Fasting: Do you desire to feel His presence, hear His voice, sense His pleasure? This spiritual discipline involves much more than abstaining from food; it goes right to the heart of genuine faith. Through this invigorating study, you'll gain a clear understanding of the principles behind this practice and be equipped to make fasting a key part of your relationship with God. Book Cost: $10. Second Coming Prophecy: Conditions unfolding throughout the world seem to support the return soon of Jesus Christ. Without speculating or setting dates for His return, we will consider the fascinating topic from several biblically-centered perspectives. REGISTER HERE
Prayer Group: Do you enjoy praying for others? The team prays through the prayer card requests turned in during the worship services. Ongoing. REGISTER HERE
ESL Class: Learn conversational English by speaking with friendly ESL instructors about everyday topics. This class is free for adults who speak other languages. REGISTER HERE
The Book of Revelation | Rob Grosso: A chapter by chapter study of this book that gives a picture into the future. REGISTER HERE
Community Bible Study: Book of Acts - Students will see the Holy Spirit working through the lives of the apostles and the believers in the early church. This course includes pertinent applications for today's believers and strong teaching on the foundations of the church - Jesus Christ. ESL Bible Study (Women) | Val Prado, Sandy Martin - meets the first and third Thursday of each month from 10-11:45 a.m. in the Library at the Avon Campus.
